In 2001 a local landmark, the Lundy Service Station, was scheduled for demolition.  Robin Siegfried found out about the building, and decided “that nice old structure ought to be salvaged.”  The Siegfrieds had the log structure carefully taken apart and reassembled on the hilltop at their Lazy Moose Ranch.  The main room, which was once a gathering place for Wilson old-timers, became the party room, the cash register area was transformed into a sleek catering kitchen, and the addition of a bar fitted with saddles for bar stools completed the warm and inviting Western entertainment center.

Featured in both Western Interiors and Design and the Log Home Living Magazine, the Lazy Moose Ranch and its Moose Center have become landmarks for gracious living and entertaining in the West.  In the last year several other log cabins were added to the Moose Center complex, and guests now can enjoy shopping at the Moose Mercantile as their event planners work in a spacious catering area behind the caterer.

Guests are always “wowed” by the elegance and detail the Moose Center staff gives to each event. Every visitor feels at home and welcomed in this very special spot in the Tetons.
